Pete looks like the late filing is a regular thing with them. Not too professional.

IMO, looks like an overreaction on the DRUG report ... lost a penny a share, about the same as last quarter, including depreciation, but rev's were up about 200K from the prior sequential (June 2003) quarter; you can't compare last year's quarter since they had a one time bulk sale of $3M ... cash is still pretty good at over $3M, so no dilution unlike other biotechs ... maybe people are reacting to the lawsuit against the former president for $3.5M owed to the company ... if they don't collect that, it's certainly a negative, plus the legal costs of the suit don't help. But it seems the long term prospects are unchanged by this report.
