ABOUT 1st US Insurance Company of Nevada and 1st US Insurance Company of Florida

The principal asset of the "1st U.S. Insurance Companies" is a contemplated insurance cover that addresses the turbulent worker's compensation marketplace in the United States. The contemplated insurance cover features a high deductible per occurrence which is deposited in advance and which amount is calibrated to exceed 99% of claims. By this mechanism, the insured is functionally self-insured - despite the issuance of a certificate of insurance from the carrier for discharge of the insured's lawful responsibility to its workers. The client wins by achieving statutory compliance with a premium reduction of approximately 50% against standard premium; the "1st U.S. Insurance Companies" win by always having an escrowed deductible for payment of claims and a corresponding below-threshold loss ratio. The introduction of worker's compensation coverage featuring the high deductible, low-dollar premium mechanism should be well received in the $25 billion worker's comp marketplace.
