BTW, was this on a particular program on the BBC - i.e. "Today" or just their regular news broadcast? Tried to find it on the BBC site but couldn't.

Various PA thugs, excuse me, officials, always get questioned respectfully, and usually get to go on without interruption for several minutes at a time.
