interesting point, dj...however, the way i've viewed the information on Sun's website, it appears the gear is pretty much in the system rack...including the rack! could be wrong.

True DJ...but one would imagine Sun would take the lead if such issues arose. Of course, China is the thousand pound gorilla...if they want to copy, they will copy unless our government takes a role in defending American products/technology.
