Sorry bucko, you're wrong. No WMD = compliance. The weapons inspectors were doing their job, Bush had yet to send troops. He was threatening to send troops, and would have done so irrespective of any finds or lack thereof. This was a set-up. And North Korea would NOT be easy. They have quite a large, well-equipped army. They are not pushovers like the Iraqis. But they have no OIL. It's always about the $$$$$$$$$.
