NPR doesn't need anymore money because they just got a 200mm grant from the Krac (sp?) foundation. According to NPR this is the largest grant in their history, NPR funding is in the millions not billions that Bush doles out to his cronies. PBS same deal, these are not high dollar sinks like Bush corporate handouts. But anyway, regarding the "war on terror", that has become a way to label anything and everything in a congressional spending free for all. What a mess.

NPR & PBS are two of the only networks that actually go DEEP into stories/issues/subjects. They are comparatively left-leaning by today's standards (not as left as they used to be) there is no question; but a listener/viewer gains a great deal of information even if one does not agree with the supposed premise/agenda per se'. -JH
