Does it concern you that HHS is over 30% of the federal budget? Yes, but this issue is something that concerns everybody. Liberals don't like it because they don't see any "trickle down" of this huge HHS budget, where the heck is it going? States are broke. And conservatives just don't like the dollars involved. There is no large public health push going on that I know of. If you have a site which explains in detail where this money is actually going, I'd like to see it. Something more than broad topics.
