It is ironic that the borders of Europe are wide open, whereas in N. America, between Canada & the U.S. many restrictions still exist, and are being tightened. This in spite of common language and ancestry.

p.s.
Canada has one of the lowest estate taxes in the world. For average people almost non-existent.
