Hi Amy, its amazing to me how much dismantling of EPA legislation this administration has done.

With more spending and overall more regulation its nonsense to say the administration is dismantling the EPA. Instead the EPA grew from 2002 to 2003 even if at a reduced rate and is pretty much planed to be the same size for 2004. I'd bet that the restraint shown on the 2004 budget doesn't hold and either the there is a supplemental in 2004 or a bigger budget in 2005.

What makes you think that increased spending means increased regulation? They are probably hiring people with the sole responsibility of finding new ways to do more dismantling of the EPA!

The Bush administration has been no friend to the environment, an increase in the budget notwithstanding.
