kenny, those who are ignorant about ROE cannot argue any issue involving money. For example if drugs prevent the onset of illness that is 100 times more expensive to treat than the cost of the drugs then in fact the Prescription Drug Bill could reduce costs by several Trillion over the next 10 years. And investments in energy research could save money and maybe even reduce pollution. But we know you love pollution. But in that you don't understand the concept of ROE it is pointless for any informed person to argue with such an ignorant person.
