If Saddam was taken out, then his regime would still have been in place. Most likely the next head of state would have been his second oldest son. Regardless, Saddam is very good at survival. He was hard to hit. That is how he survived for so long. If a bomb was used to take him out, then there would have been collateral damage. Nevertheless, one bomb would not have destroyed the regime. I rifle shot, with no collateral damage, was out of the question since he never let himself be seen in public (his body doubles were). Remember that the first shot of the war were bombs they tried to kill Saddam and his sons with. They missed. Saddam is no fool. How do you think he got into power in the first place?

everybody in the world agrees that Saddam had to be taken out GREAT MANY people in the world would be outraged (as they are outraged now) if you would do this or if you would intervene to remove Baats regime. That is why Anglo-American fascists needed WMD and other false pretexts to attack the Iraq. And they wanted to attack the Iraq, to grab it, to plunder it and nothing else, in pursuance of their own vile interests, not because their hearts were bursting from sorrow for Iraqis people. Your own system is sick. Take care of yourself. Replace your own fascism for a "democracy" if you really have any idea what it is. But it is none of your business to impudently "correct" other political systems by bombs and lies and theft of their national resources. This is precisely why you, Americans, are mortally hated throughout the world. Because you take it for granted, because it is embedded in your brainwashed heads that it is your God given rights to reshape other systems up to your sick standards -- never realizing that all these your dirty wars are nothing but vile imperialistic aggressions, that their real aims are the aims of your bloody sharks. ag
