CALIF state bonds are junk status already
by 2005, I expect default
next year's deficit will be worse than this year
all the wrong decisions so far
a new governor only means a new guy to face political forces which are on automatic toward destruction

let's see if he can pull off a major cutback in state burokracy and its heavy burden cost
and let's see if he can encourage (coerce, cajole, coax, threaten) the Sacramento Numbnut Liberal economic morons to reduce spending

that crew has to go down in history as some of the stupidest revenue forecasters, planners, and general economic thinkers to pass our way in decades

of course, the Federal Reserve Board has a strong crew of candidates for Economic Morons
they provide leadership
states and corporations include legions of similar diminutive economic minds

they are simultaneously attempting to re-invent the economics field upon a foundation of debt and a fiat capstone currency
they are doomed
