I think Halliburton's contract in IRAQ is classified under Top Secret. I
believe Halliburton charged Iraq and the American tax payer has to
pick up the cost of the gasoline imported to Iraq. I think it was
around $2.65 a gallon. The Iraqis could import gasoline for a lot
less.
