That's a funny claim. Do you really think Saddam and OBL need mentioning? It appears to billions of others on this planet that they've already been marked for elimination.

At least that's the claim by the administration.

Then again, a more realistic look shows that the Bush administration by swinging immediately to Iraq even before Afghanistan was settled has been more than just a little soft on OBL.
