Bush still scores highest on strong military leadership and (believe it or not) trust and honesty. Those are the isues which must be taken away from him. Trust and honesty will be fairly easy, but the military strength issue is one which can only be taken away from him by actual military heros, to contrast with his AWOL phoniness. LA Tiems poll today showed 47% think Bush does NOT deserve a second term and 42% believe he does. Otherwise the country is split 50-50 except on those leadership issues where Bush scores highest.
