Jake, the author is absolutely correct and here is why. If Blacks and other minorities rose to the ranks of professionals they would soon bolt from the DEMOCRAPIC party. Its imperative the Democraps keep them "down on the ole plantation" so they can exploit their vote with false campaign promises that are shortly forgotten after an election. Need proof, look at WHICH PARTY those Blacks and other minorities have joined once they reached the pinnacles of success. jdn
