Anyone care to comment on Citrix's pending acquisition of Expertcity? Seems like there's a bit of technology acquisition, and perhaps a bit of competition elimination, and a bit of channel expansion, but the price seems rather high. Where's the real value?

Much the same as Citrix, Veritas reported Q4 numbers that beat expectations and provided decent guidance, reflecting the typical seasonal Q4-Q1 sequential revenue decline. Given the negative reaction in both instances, it seems that investors want more.
