It is NOT an investment to make in a Pink where it is the only stock in the portfolio. Capeche? Now a break-down with my assesment of Positive/Negative/Neutral: Products: Neutral/Positive: 1) Time/Product Management software. Biggest plus right now is a product co-developed and marketed and targeted for the restaurant industry. If a big player gets involved, and/or a national large chain would adopt the process, the company would be off to the races. The product is in Beta, but they need a sophisticated and go-go marketer who knows the industry. 2) Telecomm services / switches - potentially long distance (international) cost savers through alternative routing. Working with a person who has VC'd deals in the telecomm arena with international connections in New York. I have spoken personally with him. If funding comes through, the connections alone could ignite the prospects for the company. 3) ID card processing and production. On again / off again. I thought they had a chance at the National ID card market for awhile, but again, they need a marketer. Have good technology people. Debt: Negative: Creditors appear to be working with the company, but Debt could be as much as a million or so. The red flag here is the constant upping of the authorized shares and the increasing float. They just raised the authorized to 850MM from 500MM - with shareholder approval (which is a positive that he at least sought approval). They are using the short dollars generated from sale of shares to keep the lawyers going and the hopes of the developers underneath the project that is PRIM going. Management: Neutral: Tom Aliprandi is the main player. He is an idea person. A motivator. Has spent the best part of 2 years ironing-out prior management / partner problems and dealing with Debt holders. Hard working guy who is clearly doing the best he can with the current circumstances. He is the type that when you deal with him directly, he inspires confidence. Has a vested interest in seeing this thing pan out. Working for about "0" for awhile now. Club, look. I own about 40MM shares of this company. Would I like to see others come in and support this? Of course I would - from the selfish perspective. But I must let you know that this is very much a long shot. Also know that I own 12 others that are long-shots and some have done very well indeed - our friend among them - so that I am doing quite well over all This is a loser thus far for me. . Might I entertain getting involved with PRIM in the future in a much closer manner? It is possible. I certainly own enough shares to ask for a say in the company's future. I do have some ideas and some profitable non-public companies waiting in the wings that I may want to roll. But we will see. All my best, The Shadow
