Northway Explorations Ltd (C-NOW) - News Release Northway arranges $2.97-million private placement Northway Explorations Ltd NOW Shares issued 11,072,847 Nov 20 2003 close $ 0.84 Friday November 21 2003 News Release Mr. Donald Rankin reports NORTHWAY ANNOUNCES BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO RAISE $2,970,000 Northway Explorations has engaged Jones Gable & Company Limited to complete a brokered private placement involving the issue of up to 5.5 million units to raise gross proceeds of up to $2.97-million. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of 66 cents for a period of six months from closing. As compensation, Jones Gable will receive a commission of 7.5 per cent of the gross proceeds raised and broker warrants entitling it to acquire that number of common shares that is equal to 7.5 per cent of the number of shares issued in the financing, at an exercise price of 66 cents per share for a period of 15 months.
