Luckily I never became a subject of that silly constitution, nor that unfortunate preamble., seems to damage even the basic neurons. luckily, that specific funny version never spread outside the unlucky which still have the same problems as then. OK, some french had some positive impact, but after jefferson it all went like peeing on the eiffel tower and trying to turn off that torch. Not to forget the tradegy of the english commons, ouch, what a med-evil tradegy... the few canadians visiting are still kind of lost about those commons, although we do not call them communists, despite the common tradegy. Any chance Canada could sort out that tradegy, lots of help must be available from both Greenland, Iceland and Norway, as well as FInland.
