Hawk, that is exactly my point. The Iraq war is all about fight for oil, not what Bush says that it is a war on terrorism. That is what you are saying too. The war is Afghanistan instead was a true war on terror which had the backing of all. Didn't the Afghan govt. bargain for handing over Osama before the US invaded Afghanistan? I believe they did. Then why are you under the impression that we did not know Osama was in Afghanistan. Osama was responsible for attacks on the US prior to 9/11. So I think our march into Afghanistan was perfectly justified. Get OBL out. No quarrel with that.
