So you think a war that costs about $200 Billion justified a Trillion dollars in deficit spending. That is what you are saying.

<We are at war. You people don't believe that. I do. > Bush has redefined war. This is a police action against terrorists unaffiliated with any particular nation-state. Being at "war" allows him to be a full time commander in chief, which is a hell of a lot easier politically than being a President. Carl is behind this. His actions have INCREASED terrorism, not reduced it.
