Bush plans to get as few soldiers killed as he can, naturally. Do you hate acceptable risk arguments? This one's been accepted wholeheartedly long ago. The greatest thing is that the job is being taken on at all, and at the bottom of it all we still have 911 to thank. 911 gave us knowledge that a vicious force is working against us. If vicious forces are many and varied, we'd better look at each.
