Yeah that and the trade sanctions... bad news for American farmers... Mr. Bush just keeps on biting his nose... Maybe good for Canadian Wheat...

At any rate there appears to be much historical evidence to support Atkins...

Seems the folks in Greece and Turkey were much bigger 5'9" avg height for men and 5'6" for women when they were hunter gatherers and then shrunk to 5'3" men and 5'0" women when they became farmers. Apparently the Greeks have yet to regain the hunter gatherer stature...

I hear genetic engineering may save us though by adding some bovine genetic material to wheat to make it high protein.. with the added benefit of mooing when it's time to be harvested... :o)

<<bread sales are falling, sales of meat, eggs and fruit are rising>>

Overall the economy is not affected, since people has to eat other foodstuffs. Juts money into a different account.

Now can you imagine the effect of my proposed tax on the obese? Actually I have a URL on my home PC with the table of the highest protein product which are the ones that I prefer to eat.

In Brazil people are getting bigger (we have Brazilian playing in the NBA, good volley teams, and the football players are getting stronger by the day.

It was hard to get a 1.80m tall defender now the forwarders are bigger than that!! Daughter of a friend of mine, joined the Danone sponsored Volleyball team and she says a boy need to be 1.63m by the age of 14 to get in.

With that bigger size, comes obesity problem. Poeple are still eating the same diet they used to when they work in the farm and overweight is becoming a problem.
