Ole Crusoe buddy, find a place on your island. Still a banana tree to hire?

I feel framed as a deer caught in the headlights.
On one hand, glad to not have installed a new central heating system based on nat gas.
On the other... governments are sooo imaginative I expect a "solidarity tax" on the oil or gas I do not use, as compared to the average household. Plus, for the measure, a special pollution tax on my wood stove (aka renewable energy, Kyoto and so on).
Such taxes already exist for people not connected to the utilities: they pay a "water pollution" tax on their well.
But they even have no sewer, as they aren't connected. So, they have septic tanks which have to be emptied once in a while, with costs and pollution tax.

Is there still an offer for banana trees or has the bubble already started?
