Freep, I've seen 1018 mentioned on the SPX elsewhere also. Personally, I think the only uptrend line that matters right now is the monthly NDX one I posted earlier tonight. That contains nearly all the price action, and a move back to 1387 or so NDX gets us back inside that wedge. A around 1420 in Dec. keeps us there for that month.

Just checked dec SPX tons of puts at 1025 (calls too) Tons of QQQ put that we talked about at 34 These really bother me That said, if those go with conviction, option sellers have no choice but to sell low or buy high. selloff to 990 bounce to 1025? something like that. Hell we could just go up here but it sure does not seem like it should. M

FWIW, I kind of like Velo's count today for a "C" off the top coming as well as his targets. raptorgroupresearch.com It kind of lines up with what we've been talking about here, although the targets are a bit lower than what I was looking for.
