I agree (depending on your definition of "flex our muscles).

One of the bad side effects of Iraq is that the perceived threat of military force is often worse than the reality. Yes we can come in and blitzkrieg a country, but what happens after? It's obvious that our military is spread razor thin right now, we couldn't wage another war without dumping the occupation.

The whole world is watching and shock and awe are not the deterrent they used to be.
