They have, time after time, and in extreme terms that would otherwise merit impeachment or torchlight parades, but nothing happens. Even Karl Rove's comment on how to hijack the 9/11 debacle for political gain, and if possible even worse, Rumsfeld's comment hours after 9/11 to staff and collegues to "go massive, sweep everything up, related or not", to take political advantage. None of these has been refuted. Nothing happens. That's because the politicians jellyfish, so any threat to our Republic by one party won't be defended against by the other. Tyranny has arrived.
