Wow. It is that perspective that drove me to drink on more than one occasion. How is it that you live with this outlook? Do you know what 'AutoToxic Memes' are? I usually try to see a glimmer of hope- ie technology advances. (Methane Hydrates, Coal converted via GTL, Nuclear cogenerated hydrogen...) Low real returns going forward, I can live with that.
