Hi Murrey! That was paper trading (MRK)....didn't take much guts. I have not been in the market for 4 days.

My system is not bottom fishing, the stock must make a move then the system confirms the trend (same with the market) if I get any of the movement it might only be 50% ......with that I am satisfied.

Pretty safe if I follow the rules. :-)

Still sitting on side lines.

Murrey, Dealie and I are in different lakes anyway.

There are no "signals" or computer program on what I'm doing. Hers sounds like a program which has lots of indicators internally and she waits for all greens or all reds.

Mine--you have to know the setups and make your own choices based on what you see the market you're trading do. Teresa set up my charts for me in terms of indicators so they look just like hers, as I'm very used to hers and other charts look weird to me. But basically I am watching charts of the eminis on the naz and S&P, and I am watching a worksapce of 6 charts, watching the 5, 15 and 45 minute. I also have 3 and 1 minute charts. I have about 8 workspaces I can click between. I have daily charts of some stocks as well.

This morning Teresa took a trade and then Mike took a trade and I wouldn't really have seen either one myself. They happen in the blink of an eye. She shorted, and later he scalped on a buy. He even "knew" or "felt" the ES would go up to 1036, from a glance at the 45 minute chart. To get that "feel" probably takes years of trading. I am still quite a novice. I just watch!!! I haven't even started paper trading much less trade a contract.

The nice thing about it is the purity. It's not attached to any "fundametnal" analysis--its sort of zen in a way. ANd you get in and out quickly.
