The Bush administration's increasing focus on a re-election in 2004 has resulted in an alarming new development - Well Chris, the one thing I know for sure is that even though the republicans have been controlling the congress for years and they are in charge of all three branches of government now, and even if their reign of power lasts for a thousand years, the one ever constant factor will be that if anything goes wrong, it's Clinton's fault. Even when he is long gone and a moldin' in the grave, the blame goes marchin' on.
