I think they bank roll our dollars - to use the during periods of intervention.

This keeps their people working and the velocity of our dollars is artificially restrained as they horde the excess to offset the currency markets.

They want the scenario to continue as long as possible also.

You rub my back I'll rub yours and we'll both feel good.

I don't see a Kahunah in this as it is consensual an I expect it will stay that way a long time.

Hyperinflation only occurrs when more dollars chase the same level of goods.

Excess capacity restrains inflation and the hording of Dollars byAsian governments restricts the impact of excess dollars.
