Not it is not Frank but rather that voting control of the company is vested in class C shares of which Dr. Damadian hods in excess of 99%. The shares you and I hold-common shares-carry no voting rights. That's is what Wall Street dislikes and the reason why the company stock gets no support from the financial markets and institutions.

TOP CAT,

If the co. had MAJOR CREDIBILITY problems WELL RESPECTED DR.s would not be shelling out $1.5 mill. for a machine FROM a co. with these problems .

Sale #59 and Install #23 this week .

More Sales and Installs coming . The more machines installed the More Service Contract Revenue coming in .
