Tee hee. Pennsylvania has itself some real ringers, doesn't it?

Specter and Santorium -- whose name reminds me of some sort of sewer device in an asylum.

I don't know how these two came to represent the people of that state, as I know some -- many -- residents of Philadelphia have some brains. Can't speak for the great unwashed in the rest of the state, though, as there a few on SI that are classic Regressives.
