IMO, Suing an end user will result in an injuction being filed from RedHat. A judgement that may send SCO stock tumbling if it gets awarded(which is quite likely because this action is precisely what RHAT is suing for).

If RHAT or IBM put the brakes on them "hitting the cash register", this whole house of cards may collapse quicker than anyone expects, because they won't be able to go to the equity markets to keep this boat afloat.

My prediction: They'll rethink what a dumb move this is and find a way to sell more stock.
