Wade,

Those charts shows things in a different perspective. I believe that there is no doubt that some gold shares are very overvalued relative to current gold price.

My biggest concern is the explorer bubble. Most 99%+ of these are failures. This is good and bad for the gold sector. I believe that there is already starting a flight to quality. Also there is still some value in certain quality juniors. Finding them is tough work but I believe some have still to join the party.

Fact is though however that the shares do lead the metal and so they are pointing to higher metal prices.

The major indexes are finally showing some real signs of cracking. Stocks are as insanely valued as early 2000 now.

I had 2 friends who are not in the market call me yesterday with stock tips, one of these clowns recommended a POS Vancouver junior gold stock to me. This after I'd been telling him to buy some gold shares for 2 years. This is a good indicator.

I think we see 400 gold by middle of next week.
