You're calling Bush a liar, not me, plus the CBO, the GAO, Greenspan, the conservative Heritage Foundation, the Concord Coalition, Tom Delay, Newt Gingrich, Trent Lott, Dick Cheney and every other expert and tax-cut advocate a liar, not to mention the entire mainstream press. Bush's #1 argument for tax cuts was because the Congressional Budget Office reported a 1999 and 2000 surplus plus projected surpluses of trillions for years to come, barring emergency spending.

Like I said, if you can't believe any of then and believe only obscure angry websites, then you're either paranoid or maybe none of us can believe anything we read or hear from the government. That's scary. Fortunately, I'm not as paranoid as you are. When I see the mainstream pres reporting the government and everyone else lied about the surpluses during the CLinton years, then you win the argument and you are truly a unique genius.
