You don't need to raise taxes. You need to reduce welfare. Stop the dumb checks. Tax american companies who move their operations off-shore. Reduce the size of the government. You don't reduce the size of the government by contracting out. This is one of the funniest, yet sad part which has occurred over the years through all administrations. They contract out, but keep a large residual force to oversee the contractors...... which results in about 50% more people being on the government dole. Yes, I agree with you. Tax the Indians.
