We can shoot back. But at whom? This Operation Iron Hammer or whatever it was called involved dropping 2000 bombs on empty buildings. It was a psychological bombing because I guess we don't have any real targets. Whoever is attacking us is not gathering anywhere or wearing orange uniforms. Not only have we now idea if Saddam had WMD's but we have no idea who's killed hundreds of Americans since Bush declared mission accomplished.
