Bush consistently loses against an unnamed democrat, but wins most of the time against particular ones, except Kerry and Clark in a few polls. What this may mean is that voters simply don't know enough about the particular Dems yet to even make a choice. What is also means is that the electorate is split down the middle and it's anyone's election in 2004.
