The Notebook of Dr. Cancerblogger

oncologynews.info

According to the website:

I am a medical oncologist practicing somewhere in the United States. I practice general medical oncology and clinical hematology, and am board-certified in both subspecialties.....

....I wished to create a more personal site in which I could keep notes of the latest treatments in order to faciliate quick retrieval and force myself to stay keep up with the latest developments in research. The developments that take place are rapid, and it is difficult to stay abreast. I have seen that even for medical oncologists, those who devote themselves to one area of specialty find themselves out of touch in other specialties. It is even more difficult for those without a medical background to make sense of the vast amounts of information.

The site is made up of small notes on current developments in the cancer area. Given the cancerblogger's background the site may well serve as an insider's filter of what is interesting in the daily cancer news flow.
