You might say I have a problem with short attention span. But seriously, if you are hearing about it on the tv news program, it is late in the play. I think it still worth studying. Consider what an industrialized China means in the larger picture. 1.2Billion pop- does that exceed US+Euro+Japan? What would it mean getting an ocean liner like that up to cruising speed? In a moment, I'm going to propose the US may already be marginalized, and that recent headlines indicate a pattern of protectionism indicative of decay.
