Especially if you compare Iraq to N. Korea, Iran, Pakistan, China or the 5000 loosely secured nuclear warheads in Russia, not to mention all the left over chemical and biological WMD there. I'd put Iraq behind all these potential threats, and I wouldn't have invaded any of them. There are more effective ways to deal with the problem.
