It is indicative of NOTHING!

In terms of individual racial animus, there is no way to know which "party" is more "racist". I would be willing to bet that racism, at whatever level it might be, is identical across party lines. In terms of policy, however, the Dems have a greater interest in perpetuating the underclass (black or white). They have convinced them that they will always need handouts.
