If Jerry Boykin gets fired and the LTC goes to jail, our Armed Forces are going to be in serious trouble. These two incidents have the potential to do very serious damage to the morale of our officer corps. I promise you that active duty officers are paying very close attention to how these two war heroes are treated by the military, the political machine and the press. Who wants to be an officer in an Army where tough talk by risk-taking, professional line officers gets them fired or jailed? If we keep this up, we are going to have an "Army Of One" only if we are lucky.
