Joan, agreed. Windows are a great thing to have when it come to snow. <g> We haven't had any here yet ourselves, but that can't last. I just take each bootless day as a gift. As for the loonie, yes, it wouldn't hurt commodity exporters as long as their particular product has appreciated as much, but for those whose products haven't, and for manufacturers, I imagine there's some pain ... Anyway, I lifted that blurb from a shallow market-wrap summary. It turn's out Dodge's comments (now that you've forced me to track them down -g) were somewhat more nuanced ... turns out that, like us, he's been "surprised by the strength of worldwide growth", but worries it might not continue ... nationalpost.com What's the clownbuck worth? Well, it used to be worth a twentieth of an ounce of gold, and it's probably been inflated about a hundredfold since then, so maybe 1/2000 of an ounce? <g>
