2004 requires military/foreign experience, obviously. We have a terrible mess overseas and we need an expert not a begininer. Bush cannot even handle it with three years of experience. Why would anyone trust Dean who has zero experience outside of Vermont, a tiny utopian state? Clinton has said he would probably not have won it in 2004. He agrees, military-foreign expertise is the #1 priority for a candidate now. You also have to beat Bush on those issues to win.
