You obviously understand propaganda and its effects in time of war. Look at the play the bin Laden, al Zwahiri, and Saddam tapes have gotten from al Jazeera. It rallies their troops, encourages the jihadists. So does divisive, anti-U.S. Government propaganda coming from within. Only it's worse, because the enemy sees it as a sign of weakness, giving them hope and encouragement. If they felt we were united and stood as one to defeat the jihadists and ensure peace and stability, they'd be much less defiant and bold. Surely you see that without having to have it explained to you.
