<<<IMHO some things got lost in the translation >>>

Wow, talk about an understatement. <g> The guy is hated by the left. Sometimes his stuff sure sounds similar to the old Third Riech stuff, but other times I sit there and say right on! The fact is, the emotions and fears brought on by 9/11 make his politics appear more logical. I could care less about what anyone else says, if 9/11 never happened Wolfy would still be a fringe guy. I watched the those towers burn, reality has a way of changing one's priorities.

My biggest gripe with the whole bunch of chicken hawks in Bush's cabinet is none of them served in combat, except Powell. Do they even understand war? I found it ironic that Wolfowitz' hotel was hit while he was in Iraq, guys like him need a taste of war. Today, I worked (as I have every Sat. and Sun. for the last 6 months) with my uncle on an addition to my house. He did his tour in Nam, and honestly, I don't think he understands today why he was there. I do know he left his prime years there. He had a picture today of himself, standing next to a Marine corp track. Seems like every male in my family over 45 yrs old was drafted and served in some war or another. Most of them are against the Iraq thing, which shocked me to tell the truth.
