Was that Chris Carter? Said all he wanted to do was catch TD's. I agree we need more character's and he certainly qualified. Hell of a mind with the defense though.

The six pack comment was attributed to Earnest Jackson, a running back the Eagles had for the 1985 season (1000 yard rusher). Jackson never made it out of training camp. Buddy also picked Keith Byars with the #4 pick overall. Buddy was entertaining as hell but couldn't coach a lick on game day (at least on the offensive side of the ball) He did a good job in the draft and left the Eagles in good shape when he was fired after the 1990 season. It then took Richie the K a couple of seasons to destroy what Ryan had built.
